IMCA Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy Service in Powys
Saturday, June 21st, 2008The Mental Capacity Act 2005 in 2007 introduces the new statutory role of the Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA) to support people who lack capacity to make certain decisions. IMCAs are vetted, nationally trained and comply with a code of Practice.
